We are seeking a Structural Welder to become an integral part of our team! The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
• Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and

• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
• Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
• Positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead).
• Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps​​
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various
• Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces (powered saws to match measurements)
• Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be weld​​​​​​
• Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with procedures)
• Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must be able to weld Stainless steel, Aluminum and Carbon
• 2 to 5 proven experience as a welder
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Deftness and attention to detail
• Must be able to work an overhead Crane machine
• Must know how to use hand tools: Tape measure, Calipers, etc
• Experience working with multiple different types of metal
• Strong knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices
• Proven experience reading, following, and amending blueprints
• Physical ability to work on your feet for long periods
• Lift or move heavy objects
• Lift or move heavy objects
• Perform repetitive motions

Shifts:

2nd Shift- 2:45 pm-11:15 pm
