Description
Major Purpose
Under minimal supervision, designs and develops advertising materials of moderate complexity for a global customer segment. Serves as primary contact with factory marketing to help lead and direct communication efforts for their assigned segment.
Major Duties
With minimal supervision, develops and designs company publications, including layouts, mock-ups, and final files.
Directs, recommends, and monitors graphic suppliers including pre-media, printers, illustrators, and contracted agencies.
Stays up-to-date with current design and production options to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective development.
Ensures work product meets approved company standards and guidelines. Modifies work product if corrections are needed.
Plans, coordinates, and directs photography shoots.

Your Responsibilities
Elevate and differentiate the company brand through world-class storytelling.
Create and edit assets to promote equipment, share customer stories, and enhance the brand legacy.
Collaborate with internal clients, stakeholders, and outside agency partners throughout the editing process.
Curate, cut down, and catalog clips for the internal JD Stock video library.
Occasionally assist shoots in-studio and in-field, running grip and operating video equipment.

Must-Have Skills
5-7 years of video editing experience.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator.
Experience with professional cinema camera equipment (Sony, Canon, Panasonic, RED).
Additional Skills
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Expert knowledge of video camera file formats, codecs, transcoding, and export formats.
Basic working knowledge of video lighting, audio, and general production equipment.
Proficient in Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic audio editing skills for optimal sound quality.
Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including navigating rough terrain and lifting gear (up to 50 lbs).
Ability to work in all weather conditions (very cold to very hot).
Thrives in fast-paced environments and can work independently or collaboratively.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
What Makes You Stand Out
Proven record of executing a range of video projects, from smaller promotional videos to larger commercial edits.
Competency in motion graphics and 2D/3D animation.
Familiarity or experience with heavy equipment (operation is a plus).
Experience in shooting industries served (agriculture, construction, forestry, turf, etc.).
Education
Four-year University Degree (or equivalent work experience) in editing, motion graphics, or videography.
