What You'll Be Doing:

Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize schedules, plan meetings, and proactively manage time-sensitive appointments.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for seamless trips.
Social Media Support: Manage and engage on social media platforms, staying responsive and ensuring timely posts and updates.
Presentation Creation: Design professional PowerPoint presentations that align with client needs.
Invoicing & Payment Processing: Prepare invoices, manage payment follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
Expense Management: Submit timely and precise expense reports.
Client Care: Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring top-notch service.
Event Assistance: Support light event planning tasks, such as coordinating logistics and overseeing details.
Email Management: Organize and respond to email correspondence, keeping clients' inboxes efficient and accessible.
Document Creation & Maintenance: Draft, organize, and maintain procedural documents for consistent operations.
Newsletter Management: Create and distribute newsletters as part of client outreach efforts.

Role Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as an administrative or executive assistant
Fully equipped home office, including:
A computer with MS Office 365
Reliable high-speed internet access
A smartphone with email capability
A functioning webcam for virtual meetings
Availability during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
Background check required prior to contracting
Additional Details:
