Job Summary:

As a Client-Facing Associate Strategist (CFA), you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of client accounts by fostering their growth and helping them achieve their business goals. Your proactive and thoughtful planning will help design and oversee project workflows that address client pain points and free up their time to focus on what matters most to them. You'll be responsible for delivering services on time, keeping both clients and team members accountable, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes. Through data analysis, you'll uncover trends and recommend new strategies for delegation, anticipate potential obstacles, and find innovative solutions to improve efficiency. This position requires availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday.
