Agile Project Manager

• Are you an experienced Agile Project Manager with a passion for driving innovation and excellence? We're looking for a leader to manage critical software development projects, optimize best practices, and organize Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth execution.

What You'll Do:

• Leadership & Execution: Manage multiple agile project schedules, balancing expectations and delivering milestones on time.
• Agile Facilitation: Plan and organize sprints, scrums, and other agile meetings to keep teams focused and aligned.
• Optimization & Best Practices: Implement strategies to improve processes, drive efficiency, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Lead presentations and maintain communication to align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strategic Impact: Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and provide high-level updates to senior management.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Excellence: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, MBA required, with PMP or Agile certification.
• Proven Expertise: 10+ years of experience leading software development projects, with a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Strategic Thinker: Skilled in project planning, risk management, and aligning goals with business objectives.
• Organizational Leader: Exceptional communication, planning, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.

• Software Dev PM
• Thought leader - consulting background ideally
• Planning / organizing scrum meetings
• PMP, MBA are required
