Full-time, bilingual customer service representative work available for a financial company! Must speak French.

What we offer:

• $21-23/hr
• Long-term Work/ Temp-to-Hire
• Weekly Pay
• Monthly Prize Draws

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer complaints/issues in a positive manner and return all calls within a two-hour time frame
• Record accurate details regarding customer inquiries into database and escalate issues as needed
• Process customer cash deposits and withdrawals, cheques, transfers, credit card payments, money orders, certified cheques and other related banking transactions
• Answer enquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers' accounts
• Completing administrative activities

Requirements:

• Fluent in French and English (Written and Verbal)
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Call center experience is preferred
• Financial or banking industry experience is preferred
• Flexible to work five 8-9 hour shifts per week scheduled between 9am and 9pm Mon-Fri
• Able to work 2 days per week in office at Spadina and Front in Toronto
