Job Overview :
3500 Square, LLC is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks to join our team. This role requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to manage data in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy by performing contextual and technical corrections.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately perform key video repair and reject re-entry corrections on unscannable data elements.
• Conduct contextual and update edits for data elements not passing programming edits, achieving a 100% performance accuracy rate.
• Handle other job-related tasks as assigned by the employer.

Minimum Qualifications :

• U.S. citizenship (required due to Department of Defense restrictions).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish .
• Strong typing skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.

Preferred Qualifications :

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• 1+ year of customer service experience working with health insurance or medical claims.
• Familiarity with medical and insurance terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience navigating dual monitor screens and utilizing multiple programs simultaneously.
• Strong multitasking, research, and problem-solving skills.
