Key AccountabilitiesCopy, scan, fax and file various record typesCreate work orders in the work management system (WMS)Assist in the creation of the work order packages.Casbuilt completed work orders in the Work Management system (Maximo, etc.).Order office supplies.Handle internal and external customer calls.Process check requests.Process various invoices.Perform other assigned duties in support of Operations.Create / Record incoming and completed work on Microsoft Word, and Excel spreadsheet.Time Entry- including proficient understanding of the various labor contracts and their application to payroll such as shift pay, Sunday premium., etc.Correction of payroll errors.Data entry into various DB's (nycstreets, SAP, CRS, DIS, etc.)Permit applications.QualificationsMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g.: Pivot Tables)Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Must have interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers as well as inbound telephone experience.Must have excellent clerical and administrative skills.Must have ability to perform multiple tasks.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.More InformationLocation:Brooklyn CanarsieDepartment:Gas Work ProgressionPay Rate: $20.81 per hourMany of the terms and conditions of employment for this position are defined by a collective bargaining agreement that the Company has with a local union.
