Job Description

Essential is looking for people to help with our snow removal program.

• We are looking for drivers who have experience with snow removal equipment such as plow trucks, skid steers and loaders. Sidewalk crews do not require experience. 
• These jobs are weather dependent and hours will vary, proper attire is required. 
• Pay will vary upon experience 
• This is a part time job and need to be available whenever it snows shifts can range from 4 hours to 20 hours. 
• You must have proper attire for the conditions and be available. We typically try and call when we know snow is coming and do our best to give you a rough start time we can work with scheduling as long as we know way in advance. You will be out in the elements and using snow blowers shovels and spreading ice melt. If you have experience plowing in a truck or running heavy equipment please let me know, min. Of 2 years experience. Please reply if you are still interested. Payments will be paid in a week or less.
