Position Overview: Are you passionate about travel and looking for a part- or full-time opportunity to share that enthusiasm with others? Do you have experience planning and organizing your own vacations? If so, we invite you to join us as a Travel Advisor! In this role, you'll collaborate with clients to plan their upcoming trips, providing valuable supplier information, the latest travel news, tips, and best practices—all while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely and setting your own schedule.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients through phone, email, and text to understand their travel preferences, expectations, and budget.
Explore destination options, accommodations, amenities, dining choices, and activities to create personalized travel itineraries that meet each client's unique needs.
Gather and validate information to efficiently execute bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and excursions.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, travel concerns, and custom requests promptly and courteously.
Stay informed about travel regulations and destination-specific health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for clients.
Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Possess a social security number or EIN.
Own a computer with reliable internet access.
Have a genuine interest in travel and a desire to assist others with their travel experiences.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage reservations and itineraries effectively.
Proficient in computer skills, social media, and email; ability to participate in Zoom meetings.
Self-motivated with good time management skills, able to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
